Compact Disc India has informed BSE that the Company confirms that Parisocpe Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a promoter group Company has recently purchased 6,72,240 equity shares of the Company. The promoters' share holding has increased from the existing 19.43% to 24.70% as on March 31, 2013.
