    Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2013, inter alia for the following items:1. to take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2013;2. to consider declaration of fourth interim dividend for financial year 2012-13;3. to consider the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2012-13;The payment of the final dividend for 2012-13 will be subject to shareholders’ approval at the Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
