Indian tennis star Sania Mirza talked about her emotional struggles after splitting from ex-Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik. She spoke with her friend, filmmaker Farah Khan, on her YouTube show "Serving It Up with Sania." Sania shared her experiences during one of her toughest life phases, which brought anxiety, panic attacks, and challenges as she adjusted to life as a single mom.
The chat started off casual but got serious when Farah mentioned seeing Sania have a panic attack soon after her divorce. Recounting the incident, Farah said, “I got so scared. I had never seen you get a panic attack. "I had to shoot that day, but I just dropped everything and showed up in my pajamas and slippers." This shows how close they are as friends and how crucial it is to have people who support you when times get tough.
Sania, recalling that difficult day, said, “There was a moment that was one of the lowest in my life. You came to my set, and I had to go on a live show after that. I was shivering. "Without you there, I wouldn't have done that show." Her candour revealed the hidden challenges that often come with high-profile breakups — particularly for women always in the public eye.
Farah also talked about the truth of being a single mom recognizing the huge emotional and physical toll it takes. “Nothing is more difficult than being a single mother. It is very, very hard. "Everyone has their own path, and we need to pick what works best for us," she remarked praising Sania for her toughness and poise.

Sania has found it challenging to juggle being a mom, her work duties, and her own development. Still, she keeps showing her grit demonstrating that you can be both vulnerable and strong at the same time. "Some days feel like too much," she shared, "but having friends and emotional backing has gotten me through."
