Grace, glamour, and a gleaming Vespa – looks like Manushi Chhillar is happy to re-write the rules of travel fashion with a cinematic twist. The former Miss World and rising Bollywood star recently shared an exquisite photo series from her latest photoshoot for a travel magazine, and the results are just fabulous.

Set against the sleek frame of the latest Vespa model launched for the Indian market, the shoot reads like a love letter to Italy packed with a nostalgic nod to the blockbuster Hollywood movie Roman Holiday.

Inspired by the effortless elegance of iconic actress Audrey Hepburn, Manushi’s shoot looks display a timeless romance with European style. Dressed in an array of soft, pastel ensembles and tailored pieces, she moves between retro charm and contemporary polish with striking ease. In the first frame, her cropped tops paired with beige skirts and oversized blazer offer a breezy, feminine silhouette and beautifully captures the lightness of la dolce vita. Complementing this are delicate pearl bracelets that whisper old-world refinement while still feeling fresh and travel-ready.

In another frame, she takes a sharper turn with a sleeveless pinstripe suit styled with stacked silver bangles and a matching hair band to merge masculine tailoring with feminine flair, showcasing a look that feels straight off the cobbled streets of Rome. In another striking look, she can be seen sporting a cool blue and white Varsity jacket styled with an ivory skirt and a minimal strappy top. It’s a modern interpretation of collegiate chic, made playful yet polished for a woman on the move.

Perhaps, the real magic lies in the styling Manushi as the modern muse for a travel inspired shoot. Manushi’s cropped bob, softly curled and immaculately set, brings to mind Hepburn’s iconic cut yet with an edgier, 2025 update. Her makeup is a vision in retro glam: bold winged eyeliner, fluttery lashes, and that unmistakable red lip. It’s a beauty look that transcends trend cycles and speaks to classic femininity with a hint of mischief.

The scooter on a classic black and white checkered floor in an indoor set up becomes a character in the narrative in the photo story mixing wanderlust and vintage elegance for the modern traveller.

As the photos made their way to social media, the fashion world took notice. Fans and followers flooded the comments with adoration for the outfits and the aura Manushi brings to each picture. Her poise, her playful sophistication, her ability to embody a mood board sets her apart as a true style chameleon.
