Actor Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is expecting her second baby with husband Anand Ahuja. Recently, she held a baby shower and for the occasion she chose to dress up in a beautiful and vibrant lime-green hue lehenga. The actor looked gorgeous in the attire, radiating glow and charm.
Her lehenga is a custom-made one by designer Shehla Khan. Made from soft mul fabric, the floral work and other detailing that you see is all hand-painted and hand-embroidered. Sonam wrote, "This look was made with so much love. Shehla created this soft mul custom outfit for me, hand-painted, hand-embroidered, and crafted with the kind of care that only comes from deep understanding and trust. Grateful beyond words for you, Shehla, and for my sister Rhea, who have stood by me unconditionally, always. It truly takes a village, and I’m endlessly thankful for mine 🤍"
To go with the lehenga, Sonam draped a matching cape over her shoulders. She proudly flaunted her bare baby bump like a proud mother. The one thing that is unmissable in all of the snaps of the actor is how comfortable she looks.
Sonam, the fashionista, is known to always bring her fashion A game. For her baby shower look also, she didn't disappoint. She tied her hair in a middle parted bun and threw on a layered gold necklace that sat on her neckline like a dream. Matching earrings, a small red bindi, some bangles in each hand and a red lip colour, she looked all set to ring in the celebration. The actor also wore a waist belt and hath phool.
The actor is already mom to Vayu, her son. She announced her second pregnancy a couple of weeks back on Instagram.
