The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has commenced the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) process for the 2,736 candidates shortlisted for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 Personality Test (Interview) round.
This crucial step follows the declaration of the CSE Mains 2025 results and is the final administrative hurdle before candidates receive their interview call letters. The Commission has activated the dedicated portal on its official website, upsconline.gov.in, for this purpose.
The UPSC has emphasized that filling and submitting the DAF-II is compulsory for all 2,736 shortlisted candidates, regardless of whether they need to update any information. Failure to complete this process within the stipulated deadline will result in the cancellation of candidature.
"Commission has started the process of updating or filling Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) for all these candidates. This process is mandatory, and candidates who do not complete it will not be issued e-summon letter for interview," the official notice stated.
