Chef Vikas Khanna is gearing up for the new season of MasterChef India. He has recently reflected on his affiliation in a social media post.
Chef Vikas Khanna took to his Instagram and shared a series of pictures from the set of MasterChef.
Alongside the pictures, he shared, “16 years of consistent dedication and devotion to creating platforms where millions of home cooks can be inspired. For me, MasterChef India has never been just a cooking competition — it is a window into India’s cuisine, culture, and community. It is a journey back to our homes, our kitchens, our mothers’ hands, our spices, and our stories.”
He elaborated, “Every season feels like a homecoming — returning to the land that shaped me, the flavors that raised me, and the people who trusted me with their dreams. This show has given a voice to home cooks from every corner of India, and through them, the world gets to see who we truly are.”
“Over the years, I have had the privilege of carrying Indian cuisine to global stages — yet standing here on MasterChef India, among our own people, feels like the greatest honor of all. This platform is not just about food; it is about identity, dignity, and pride,” he continued.
