Tejasswi Prakash has every reason to celebrate. The popular television actor has purchased a new home in Mumbai’s coveted Bandra neighbourhood, investing Rs 7.63 crore in a premium apartment, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
For someone who began her journey in the entertainment industry without a film background, the milestone feels especially significant.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor of Bay Heights, an under-construction project by Hiranandani Developers in the prestigious Bandra Reclamation area.
Spread across more than 1,303 square feet, the home also comes with two parking spaces — a luxury in a city where space is always at a premium.
The project is still being built, with possession slated for November 2030. Tejasswi Prakash registered the deal on 16 February 2026, paying a stamp duty of ₹38 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
As per the documents, she paid a booking amount of over ₹76 lakh — roughly 10 per cent of the total cost — with the remaining sum to be paid in 12 instalments before the building receives its occupation certificate (OC).
An email query has been sent to Hiranandani Developers, and the story will be updated if a response is received. Tejasswi Prakash could not be reached for a comment.
Bandra Reclamation is one of Mumbai’s most sought-after addresses, known for its sea-facing towers, upscale vibe and easy access to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
Over the years, it has become home to several celebrities and business leaders, making it a prime real estate hotspot.
Tejasswi Prakash rose to nationwide fame after winning Bigg Boss 15, though television audiences had already embraced her through a string of successful shows. She later starred in the hit supernatural series Naagin 6, further cementing her popularity.
While she has not appeared in mainstream Hindi cinema, she stepped into films with her Marathi debut Mann Kasturi Re.
