Famous television actor Shalin Bhanot, recognised for his appearances in Bigg Boss 16 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, appears to be getting married once more. According to recent reports, a second wedding is forthcoming for the Dill Mill Gayye actor.
Recently, there have been whispers circulating in the television industry about Shalin Bhanot intending to tie the knot for the second time. In a recent interview with Zoom, the actor validated the report and disclosed that he intends to marry in 2026.
Responding to the speculations about his marriage, Filmibeat quoted Shalin as saying, "My loved ones are urging me not to remain single. A phase will occur in my life. Therefore, I am under pressure. My friends and family are expressing that I shouldn't remain single. All of my friends are either married or in a relationship. I am the only person who is not in a relationship. They expect me to marry next year."
For those unfamiliar, Shalin was formerly wed to actress Dalljiet Kaur. The couple got married in 2009 and welcomed their son Jaydon in 2013. However, the couple divorced in 2015, causing a stir among their supporters.
Ex-couple Shalin Bhanot and Dalljiet Kaur made news when they parted ways in 2015 through an out-of-court agreement. In October 2016, Shalin and Dalljiet left their supporters devastated when they revealed their separation.
Known for his roles in shows like Suryaputra Karn and Bekaboo, Shalin remains a fixture in the entertainment circuit. Shalin’s career, spanning over two decades, is characterised by a mix of television dramas, high-profile reality shows, and recent ventures into the OTT space. As of December 2025, he is one of the few Indian actors to have achieved a "hattrick of successes" across fiction, non-fiction, and digital platforms.
