Sarabhai vs Sarabhai reunion: Monisha and Rosesh meet Indravadhan and Satish Shah at his home; Rupali Ganguly shares a sweet video

Some members of the Sarabhai vs Sarabhai cast had a reunion recently.

It was a reunion every ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’ fan would be waiting for — the meeting of OGs — Monisha, Rosesh, and Indravadhan Sarabhai. The trio caught up at Satish Shah aka Indravadhan’s home in Mumbai.

Rupali Ganguly, who became famous as the middle-class Monisha Sarabhai, shared a sweet video of the trio.

Also seen in the video is Satish Shah’s wife, Madhu Shah. Satish and Rajesh Kumar (who played Rosesh) can be seen trying to adjust the video. While Rupali Ganguly, who is seen as Anupamaa in the hit TV show of the same name, says, ‘She wants to show her right profile.’ Satish hugs her and says, Show it.

Rupali shared the video and wrote, “Indravadan ke ghar Roshesh aur Monisha. Almost 20 years of camaraderie, respect, friendship, and unconditional love... The only random video I took last night at Satish Kakas and Madhu Kakis home. The warmth of their welcome and their bear hugs... and meeting them is a joy to cherish. Precious bonds forever”

The moment any of the actors from ‘Sarabhai Vs. Sarabhai’ post about reunion, fans ask for another season.

A fan wrote, “I miss the sh. Thisis show must staragain.in”

Another one wrote, “Sweet Monisha.”

Last year too, Ratna Pathak Shah, Satish, Rupali, and Rajesh had a small reunion then as well. Though last time too, Summet Raghavan was MIA, and this time it was Ratna Pathak Shah who wasn’t seen at the reunion.

But the actors always take time to meet and catch up.

In an old interview, Ratna Pathak Shah was asked about another season of Sarabhai, to which she said that it would be difficult to get the dates of both Sumeet and Rupali, who are busy with their respective shows.

Sumeet plays the role of Rajesh Waghle in ‘Waghle Ki Duniya', and Rupali Ganguly is seen playing the titular role in ‘Anupamaa.’

Ratna Pathak Shah had then told a digital platform, "You will have to wait for Season 3 of Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai. Look at all of us now, where we are. Try to get dates from Rupali Ganguly now. Tauba! Or Sumeet (Raghavan). "How can you even catch them? I can't even get them to say hello on the phone. I am so happy for them. But it makes the producer's life practically impossible."

‘Sarabhai Vs. Sarabhai’ aired from 2004–2006, and it became a fan favourite years later. It was revived for a second season, which aired in 2017.
