Sudesh Lehri couldn’t hide his excitement at cooking in front of a chef he had admired for years, Krushna Abhishek found moments of humour despite the nerves, and Arjun Bijlani kept the teasing alive. Laughter continued — just with slightly shakier hands.

Next came Bhaap Badi Salan, a bold dish combining Hyderabadi salan and Rajasthani badi. The challenge demanded control, precision, and balance, and the contestants had to merge two distinct culinary traditions into a single dish.

Through it all, Sanjeev Kapoor remained a guiding presence, showing that cooking is both a craft and a joy.
