Fans’ favourite India’s Best Dancer is all set to return for Season 5 soon. The makers have dropped a new teaser for the new season, revealing that Karisma Kapoor will return to the judge’s chair.

The teaser started with Karishma entering the stage saying, “Naye andaaz me best ko karungi define, nayi hogi dance ki kahani. Iss baar mere saath best ka bhi best hoga (I'll define the best in a new way, and the dance story will be new. This time, I'll be the best of the best).”

The makers teased that India’s Best Dancer Season 5 will soon premiere on the Sony channel.

However, it is yet to be confirmed if Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis will also return as the judges or not. The contestants' list is also not out yet.

In the previous season, Shillong's Steve Jyrwa won India's Best Dancer Season 4 on November 10, 2024. He won the trophy along with a prize money of Rs 15 lakh and a car. His choreographer, Raktim Thakuria, also received Rs 5 lakh as part of the winning team.

Meanwhile, Karisma was last seen in the mystery thriller Murder Mubarak (2024). The actress made her comeback to acting with the web series Mentalhood (2020) and her last major theatrical release as a lead was the period drama Dangerous Ishhq (2012).
