Fans of pan-Indian superstar Prabhas are brimming with excitement as speculation grows around the teaser release of his upcoming film, The Raja Saab. Directed by Maruthi, the romantic horror-comedy has been generating buzz ever since its announcement, thanks to its unique blend of supernatural thrills, humor, and star-studded cast.

While there was earlier talk of a major update dropping in mid-May, the production team has so far remained tight-lipped. However, fresh chatter across fan pages and social media platforms now strongly indicates that the film’s much-awaited teaser will likely be unveiled by the end of May 2025.

Starring Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar alongside Prabhas, the film promises a compelling mix of romance, mystery, and spine-chilling moments. Prabhas is set to play a dual role, with the story revolving around a man who attempts to reclaim his ancestral property to resolve financial woes—only to discover that the house comes with an eerie twist of its own.

Adding further intrigue, Nayanthara is likely to make a special cameo, bringing additional star power to an already impressive cast.

The film is being produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, with celebrated music director S Thaman composing the soundtrack.

Initially, The Raja Saab was scheduled for an April 10, 2025, release. However, pending post-production work and scheduling delays—particularly surrounding Prabhas’s availability—have reportedly pushed the release date back indefinitely. The actor is expected to resume work on the film once he returns to Hyderabad.

Speculated to be mounted on a massive budget of ₹200–450 crore, the film is expected to deliver a rich visual and emotional experience. With a mix of haunted house suspense, quirky comedy, and heartfelt romance, The Raja Saab aims to break new ground in Indian cinema’s evolving genre space.
