Kajol to join Prabhas in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit: Report

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his blockbuster films, is reportedly adding another major name to his ambitious pan-world project, Spirit. After confirming Prabhas as the lead, the latest industry buzz suggests that Bollywood superstar Kajol is set to join the cast, further heightening anticipation for the film.

While details about Kajol’s role remain under wraps, her inclusion marks a significant crossover moment, blending South Indian cinema’s pan-Indian appeal with Bollywood’s mass following.

Spirit is being touted as a pan-world project, indicating a scale and ambition that goes beyond traditional Indian cinema. With Sandeep Reddy Vanga at the helm, known for delivering high-octane action and emotionally resonant stories, expectations are running high.

Produced on a massive scale by T-Series Films and Bhadrakali Pictures, the movie boasts an ensemble cast including Triptii Dimri as the female lead, Vivek Oberoi, and Prakash Raj.

Filming, which is primarily taking place in Hyderabad before moving to international locations like Thailand and Mexico, is expected to continue for a year, with a theatrical release tentatively scheduled for late 2026 or 2027 in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean.
