Shah Rukh Khan’s visit to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah was an overwhelming experience, as revealed by his bodyguard Yusuf Ibrahim. The Bollywood superstar, known for his immense fan following, faced an intense crowd situation during his visit.

According to Yusuf, SRK had visited the Ajmer Sharif Dargah during an IPL season. However, the timing of their visit turned out to be a major challenge. “We picked the wrong day,” Yusuf recalled. “It was a Friday, and we reached at 12:30 PM, right at peak Namaz time.” This led to an unexpected surge in the crowd, as thousands of devotees were already present at the shrine.

The moment news spread that Shah Rukh Khan had arrived, the entire town of Ajmer seemed to gather around the dargah. Yusuf described the overwhelming scene, stating, “There was so much public, that we were literally standing there, logon ne humko dhakka maarke dargah lagaya aur dhakka maarke apne aap gaadi mai laake bitha diya.” (People pushed us to the Dargah and then back into the car.)

The security team struggled to control the situation, as the massive crowd surged towards SRK, hoping to catch a glimpse of the superstar. The gathering became so chaotic that police intervention was required. “It was a difficult experience; police had to do lathicharge to disperse them from there,” Yusuf revealed. The sheer number of fans and devotees made movement nearly impossible, and the authorities had no choice but to take action to ensure safety.

Despite the chaos, Shah Rukh Khan remained calm and composed throughout the ordeal. Yusuf praised SRK’s demeanor, saying, “When such situations happen, he is damn cool about it. He knows that it’s not anyone’s fault—neither staff nor fans. It’s just the excitement of his fans, so everyone knows this is what happens.”

He further emphasized that SRK never blames his fans for such overwhelming situations. “The temperament is always cool, nice, and easygoing,” Yusuf added. This level-headed approach, despite being caught in such a challenging situation, is what makes SRK a true star, admired not just for his work but also for his humility and patience.

Yusuf also recalled a touching moment involving Shah Rukh Khan and his parents. The superstar had once met his bodyguard’s family and left a lasting impression. “SRK met my parents and told them their son is hard-working and takes a lot of care of him,” Yusuf said. “That meant everything to me. My mom and dad got emotional. Shah Rukh Khan was appreciating their son; it’s not a joke.”
