Sean "Diddy" Combs' former girlfriend, testifying under the pseudonym "Jane," has presented a detailed and disturbing account in a Manhattan court, alleging coercion into group sex and long foreplay sessions.1 Her testimony, now in its fifth day, paints a picture of a relationship characterized by control, manipulation, and a "cuckold" lifestyle she now deeply regrets.
Ms. Jane revealed that she was responsible for purchasing "Rhino erection pills" and coordinating matching outfits for Combs ahead of their "hotel nights," which other witnesses have referred to as "Freak Offs."2 She described these encounters as involving group sex with male escorts, claiming she was coerced into participating.3 The exhaustion of these events was evident in her testimony, where she stated, "It was really not so fun having to wind up these guys."
Initially, Ms. Jane said she engaged in these activities because it made her feel loved by Combs. However, her current perspective is one of remorse, recognizing that she was part of a "cuckold" dynamic. The relationship, which spanned approximately three years, reportedly ended in September of the previous year, coinciding with Combs' arrest at a New York hotel.
Throughout their relationship, Ms. Jane repeatedly expressed her unwillingness to engage in sexual activities with other men, but her objections were allegedly ignored by Combs. According to The Guardian, she even wrote to him in 2023, conveying her distress: "It's dark, sleazy, and makes me feel disgusted with myself."
A significant element of her testimony revolved around financial dependency. Ms. Jane claimed that soon after Combs began paying her rent, it became increasingly difficult for her to refuse his demands. She feared that a refusal would lead to the cessation of rent payments, putting her home and her son's living situation at risk.
Last week, Ms. Jane also alleged the existence of a two-year "love contract" agreed upon after a vacation to Turks and Caicos in March 2023. This contract reportedly stipulated that Combs would pay her $10,000 monthly for two years, specifically for her house rent.
In contrast to Ms. Jane's claims of coercion, Combs' prosecutors have argued that the women who participated in these "freak-offs" did so willingly and were not forced.
Combs currently faces serious charges, including one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.4 He has not yet entered a plea to these charges. Ms. Jane's testimony provides a stark account that directly challenges the prosecution's defense, highlighting the complex and often murky dynamics of power and consent within relationships, especially when financial leverage is involved. The ongoing trial is expected to continue shedding light on these allegations as more evidence and testimonies are presented.
