As more and more information about the long-awaited sequel Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam is being revealed, people are getting more and more excited.
Prabhas, will reprise his role for the second part, which is directed by Prashanth Neel. Audience are eagerly awaiting the release of the second part after the first one did well and also keen to know the release date.
Vijay Kiragandur, the producer, recently offered an update on how the sequel is coming together.
He said that people have been asking the team continually when they will start making the movie. Vijay Kirangadur said that they wouldn't have to wait much longer and that the team who made the original movie are getting set to start making the sequel very soon.
He said the movie was a massive cinematic spectacle and hinted that Salaar 2 will be much bigger and more essential.
The first movie, Salaar: Part 1— Ceasefire, was set in the fictional city of Khansaar and stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in a major role. The movie did well at the box office all over the world, and is still getting a lot of views on OTT platforms.
A lot of people were surprised when Prashanth Neel claimed that the first segment didn't match all of his expectations. Vijay Kiragandur remarked that the filmmaker is notorious for being hard on himself and always wanting to be perfect in response to those comments. He claimed that Neel's personal feelings on the movie, its popularity at the box office, and the way people reacted to it all show that it was a great smash.
Fans can't wait to go back to the dark realm of Khansaar and discover what happens next in the movie. Soon, work will begin on the sequel.
