Tollywood star Ram Charan and his two-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara, were caught in a chaotic moment outside Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad on Sunday, February 1, 2026, as eager fans surrounded them while they visited his wife, Upasana Konidela, and their newborn twins. What was meant to be a private family visit quickly turned tense, with multiple videos of the ordeal going viral on social media and sparking widespread criticism from netizens.

The actor, who is now a father of three following the arrival of a baby boy and a baby girl on January 31, was seen carrying his daughter in his arms while trying to enter the hospital. Fans swarmed around him, causing a serious crowd situation that prompted concern from onlookers. Despite the presence of security personnel, Charan struggled to make his way through the throng, at times appearing visibly upset and protective as he shielded Klin Kaara from the pushing crowd.

In the viral footage, the toddler is seen hiding her face as her father attempts to move forward. Eventually, with the help of his security team, the duo managed to get inside safely, but the incident triggered sharp reactions online. Many social media users condemned the behaviour of the fans, calling it dangerous and irresponsible, especially given that young children were involved in the chaos.

“He is going to meet his wife and new born kids give some privacy don’t cause too much disturbance guys,” wrote one user.

“Indian public civic sense kaha hai,” another highlighted. One wrote, “Poor Klin Kaara, what if something happens to her?"

The mobbing comes amid nationwide celebrations following the announcement by Charan’s father, veteran actor Chiranjeevi, that both the twins and their mother are in good health and doing well. The family had received an outpouring of congratulations from fans and fellow celebrities on social media following the twin birth.

On Sunday, the new parents shared their happiness, Ram said, “Being blessed with three children fills me with gratitude. I'm thankful to all our fans, loved ones and well-wishers, who have stood by us and supported us through every moment." Adding to this, Upasana added, “My father always believed that clarity of intention and faith go hand in hand. Today, I feel incredibly blessed to be a mother of three, exactly as we envisioned. Our hope is to raise children who are strong yet compassionate, aware that privilege carries responsibility - and that true legacy lies in giving back.” Ram Charan and Upasana got married in 2013. In 2023, they welcomed their first child, daughter Klin Kaara.
