  • Parasakthi's France premiere canceled after only 16 of 905 seats sold
  • Jana Nayagan sold out all shows at the same venue, prompting extra screenings
  • Parasakthi aims for better ticket sales in countries with large Tamil populations

People all around the world are tremendously excited about Parasakthi, but the movie's planned premiere in France has been cancelled because not enough people bought tickets ahead of time.

Trade sources stated that the exhibition could only sell 16 of the 905 available seats, which is why the organizers chose to cancel it. A huge difference was witnessed in the advance sales at the same theatre, where Jana Nayagan saw an amazing reaction.

Fans and business owners quickly began to discuss about the surprise cancellation, which brought the global market back into the spotlight. Jana Nayagan is hitting the international market by storm.

At the French venue in question, Jana Nayagan presented a pretty impressive presentation. All 10 of the original shows and four extra fan screenings were sold out. Fans have even asked for an extra showing of Jana Nayagan to be screened instead of Parasakthi, pointing at its high demand overseas.

A lot of people have talked about the enormous difference in bookings on social media, and a lot of them say that this is obvious proof of Jana Nayagan's huge popularity abroad, especially in Europe.

Parasakthi searches for hope in other locations. Even though things didn't go well in France, the people who made and promoted Parasakthi are still hopeful that it will perform well in other countries.

Right now, more tickets are being sold in other parts of the world, especially where a lot of Tamils live outside of India. People who work in the industry think that how well something works in other countries may depend on where it is and who is watching it.

A movie may not do well in one place, but that doesn't imply it won't do well in other places. But for now, Jana Nayagan is more famous than Parasakthi in other countries. Sudha Kongara directed Parasakthi, a movie from another country that stars Sreeleela, Ravi Mohan, and Sivakarthikeyan. The movie's music was composed by GV Prakash Kumar.

Jana Nayagan, on the other hand, has become a clear leader in global markets this season, leaving a strong impression around the world and setting new records for Tamil films in international markets. The two movies did not do the same at the box office, which highlights how unpredictable and location-sensitive the international box office can be.
