Paathirathri OTT release: When and where to watch Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir’s crime thriller

After an impressive theatrical run, the Malayalam thriller Paathirathri, starring Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir, is gearing up for its digital premiere. The gripping drama will begin streaming on ZEE5 from 20 February 2026.

After a successful run in theaters, Malayalam thriller Paathirathri, starring Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir in the lead roles is all set to stream digitally. The movie came out in theaters on October 17, 2025, and will be available to stream on ZEE5 starting February 20, 2026.

The platform posted on social media to announce the premiere: "Witness the Night That Stays With You. Paathirathri Premieres February 20th on Malayalam ZEE5."

Paathirathri is set against the tense backdrop of a night patrol and follows two police officers who have to work together but don't like each other personally.

During one fateful shift, they see something important happen that isn't reported, which puts them in danger and makes them suspicious. As the situation gets worse, the officers have to work together to find out what really happened. The investigation puts their jobs and relationships at risk, but it also forces them to face their own hidden fears and problems.

Ratheena PT is in charge of the movie, which is her second feature after Puzhu. The project was written by Shaji Maraad and is being produced by Benzy Productions with the help of Dr. K.V. Abdul Nazar and Ashiya Nazar.

Sunny Wayne, Ann Augustine, Athmiya Rajan, Pooja Mohanraj, Achyuth Kumar, Binu Thomman, Harisree Ashokan, Shabareesh Varma, Aadukalam Naren, and Indrans are all in the supporting cast. Jakes Bejoy wrote the music and background music, Shehnad Jalal shot the movie, and Sreejith Sarang edited it. When it came out in theaters, critics had mixed feelings about the movie.

Soubin Shahir is getting ready for his next movie, Bachelor Party D'eux, which Amal Neerad will direct.

Naslen and Sreenath Bhasi play important roles in the movie, and there are reports that Tovino Thomas will make a brief appearance. It is expected that this film is going to be loved by audience beyond Malayalam cinema and more.
