Rumours about the marriage of actors Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush have been taking the internet by storm for a few days now. Many posts claimed that the actors are dating and were planning to get married soon.

At first both Mrunal and Dhanush stayed silent. This silence made fans and netizens create many theories online.

The rumours started after a film premiere event. During the event Mrunal and Dhanush were seen greeting each other warmly. Some people felt their interaction looked special.

Soon social media pages began talking about their friendship. Within days these talks turned into marriage news.

Later the rumours became stronger. Some reports even said that the wedding would happen on February 14 2026 which is Valentine’s Day.

These reports created huge excitement among fans. However, sources close to Mrunal reacted to these stories and cleared the confusion.

A few sources close to Mrunal clearly said that the marriage news is false and there is no truth in these reports.

According to them Mrunal is fully focused on her career right now. She has important film releases lined up in the coming months.  One of her movies is set to release in February.

Another Telugu film is planned for release in March. At such an important stage of her career marriage plans are not possible.

Also, a source close to Dhanush told us, “This is just a rumour. They both are good friends just like any other actors in the industry. Dhanush has no plans to get married again.”

The source further explained that Dhanush is not interested in remarrying because of his responsibilities as a father.

“It is known that Dhanush parted ways with Aishwarya and they are co-parenting Yatra and Linga together. Their focus has always been on providing a stable and loving environment for the children,” source added.

It is said that Dhanush strongly feels that his sons should not be affected by any of his major personal changes.

He does not wish to introduce a stepmother into their lives and wants to continue co-parenting them peacefully.

The source made it clear that all ongoing speculation about his second marriage is completely baseless and should not be taken seriously.
