The long-awaited teaser for Dacoit, which stars Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, is finally out. It hints at a rough, action-packed story that mixes romance, chaos, and the thrills of being an outlaw. The sneak peek that came out recently set the mood for one of the most talked-about Telugu movies coming out soon.
Dacoit is a unique action-romance thriller that was directed by Shaneil Deo and produced by Supriya Yarlagadda under the Annapurna Studios name. The movie also stars Anurag Kashyap in his first Telugu role, as well as veterans like Prakash Raj, Atul Kulkarni, and Sunil.
A Crazy Trip with Desi Outlaws
The teaser shows Sesh and Thakur as a gritty "desi Bonnie and Clyde," a couple who become partners in crime and go on a dangerous journey full of heists, gunfire, and nonstop action. In the first scenes, the two make bold choices together, with Mrunal driving while bullets fly. This promises to be an exciting ride for viewers.
Fans were quick to respond to the teaser's energy, especially praising Sesh's rough and rustic slang and portrayal. There were a lot of comments on social media like "Nee slang adhiripoindhi anna" (your accent is amazing, brother) and "Looks intense, need popcorn," showing how excited people were getting for the movie to come out.
The fun Nagarjuna reference adds a nostalgic touch.
The teaser's playful reference to Hello Brother (1994), a classic with Nagarjuna, Ramya Krishnan, and Soundarya, is one of the best parts. A remix of the song "Kanne Pettaro" plays during a high-octane action scene, which will make fans of the veteran actor feel nostalgic.
