Veteran Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi has reassured fans about his health after recent concerns sparked by photos of him wearing an arm sling. The megastar took to social media to clarify that he underwent a minor shoulder keyhole surgery, and is now steadily recovering and resuming his routine.
In his update, Chiranjeevi explained that several well-wishers had reached out after noticing him with the sling, prompting him to share the details publicly.
He wrote, "Several well-wishers have enquired about my health after noticing the arm sling. It was just a minor shoulder keyhole surgery. I am recovering well and already getting back to my routine. Grateful for all your love, concern and blessings."
He thanked his doctor for a ‘smooth and comfortable’ procedure and expressed gratitude towards his fans for their love, concern, and blessings.

This reassurance comes amid a joyful period for the Konidela family. Just days earlier, Chiranjeevi had shared the happy news of welcoming his grandchildren — twins born to his son Ram Charan and daughter-in-law Upasana Kamineni — and announced their names to the public.
In the post, he revealed their names as Shiva Ram Konidela and Anveera Devi Konidela, writing, “With boundless joy and divine grace. We are delighted to announce the beautiful names of our two little blessings. ‘Shiva Ram Konidela’ & ‘Anveera Devi Konidela’.
