Finally, the long journey of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 has come to an end. Contestant Kalyan Padala won Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 after weeks of rigorous competition, emotional highs, and nail-biting drama. At the grand finale, host Nagarjuna made the formal announcement of the winner. This was a great way to close the season. Thanuja Puttaswamy came in second. There have been a lot of people who rooted for Thanuja as they wanted a female contestant to win the show for once.

When Kalyan heard his name called as the winner, he got quite emotional. He was sad. Thanuja, being a good sport, clapped and yelled for him and celebrated his win on stage.

The fun didn't end there. Kalyan got an extra ₹5 lakh in cash from one of the show's co-sponsors after he won. This made his win even greater. Kalyan was very thankful and thanked the audience, his family, and the Bigg Boss team for being there for him while he was in the house.
