The petition further states, "- Respondent even after assuring to end relationship continued the adulterous relationship without remorse." These assertions form the crux of the grounds cited for divorce under Section 27(1)(a) and 27(1)(d) of the Special Marriage Act.

The matter is presently before the District Court, and the proceedings are ongoing, with no final outcome yet determined.
