Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have finally shared their official wedding pictures, and the internet is in collective awe. The newly married couple look enthralling together, dressed in traditional South Indian attire that beautifully reflects their cultural roots.
The wedding took place on February 26 in Udaipur in the presence of close friends and family. The couple tied the knot during an auspicious Telugu muhuratam at 10 am. The primary rituals were completed between 11 am and 11.30 am, with Vedic chants, sacred fire rituals and blessings from elders marking the solemn moment.
In the official pictures, Rashmika is seen in a stunning traditional silk saree adorned with intricate gold detailing. Her bridal look is completed with temple jewellery, layered gold necklaces, bangles and a open hairstyle decorated with fresh flowers. Vijay complements her in a classic South Indian groom ensemble, wearing a traditional veshti and angavastram, exuding understated elegance.
The couple’s chemistry is visible in every frame. From exchanging garlands to sharing a quiet smile during the rituals, the images capture both grandeur and intimacy. The décor also stands out, featuring marigold arrangements, soft wooden elements and warm-toned floral accents that lend a serene yet celebratory atmosphere to the ceremony.
Following the Telugu-style wedding in the morning, the couple also held a second ceremony in the evening according to Kodava customs, honouring their heritage and adding another meaningful layer to the celebrations.
Before the wedding day, their pre-wedding festivities had already created a buzz online. From a vibrant Haldi ceremony with marigold décor to a lively Sangeet night where Vijay’s mother dedicated a special performance to the couple, every function reflected warmth and joy.
Rashmika and Vijay, who first won hearts with Geetha Govindam and later reunited for Dear Comrade, now begin a new journey together, both in life and soon on screen with their upcoming film Ranabaali.
