Ranveer Singh continues to stay in the spotlight, with back-to-back exciting projects lined up. The actor, who is currently busy with his highly anticipated espionage thriller Dhurandhar, has now been spotted shooting for a mystery project at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai — under a heavy security cover.

According to an independent industry source, “Massive security has been seen at Mehboob Studio on the sets where Ranveer Singh is shooting for a project, and not much details about the project have been revealed yet and are kept under wraps before any confirmation.”
While the nature of the project remains undisclosed, the tight security has sparked curiosity. The production team appears to be leaving no room for leaks, fueling speculation that this could be a major collaboration or a surprise announcement in the works.

Ranveer is currently immersed in Dhurandhar, an espionage thriller directed by Uri filmmaker Aditya Dhar. The film draws inspiration from real-life events tied to the golden era of India’s intelligence agency, RAW. Recently, leaked on-set photos went viral online, featuring Ranveer alongside Sanjay Dutt. In the images, the actor was seen in a rugged, intense look — sporting a turban and a long beard — hinting at a complex, action-packed role.

Although official details of his character are still under wraps, insiders say the role will showcase Ranveer in a completely new light. “This is something he hasn’t done before,” noted a close source, adding to the mounting anticipation around the film.
Apart from Dhurandhar, Ranveer is also in talks with Maddock Films to join their growing horror-comedy universe. A report from Mid-day quoted a source saying, “Ranveer has been in conversations with Dinesh for a while. He was at the Maddock office last week.

The makers wanted a fresh energy to drive the next chapter, and Ranveer is keen to explore the genre. The paperwork is likely to be completed soon.”
