One of Hollywood's most adored couples, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, are celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary today and Nick Jonas has taken to social media in the most adorable way to express his love for his wife.
The singer shared a cozy picture with his wife where Priyanka is playfully hiding her face and Nick held her hand, showing her wedding ring.
"I asked the most amazing woman in the world to marry me 6 years ago today. Thank you for saying yes @priyankachopra," Nick captioned the post on Instagram.
The power couple got married in 2018 following both Hindu and Christian ceremonies. The lavish wedding took place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, and included a Western ceremony and a traditional Indian wedding. Over 225 guests from the US and India attended, making it a star-studded event that celebrated their love and the beautiful blend of their cultures.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas embraced Indian traditions in their wedding festivities. They participated in a Mehendi ceremony where both got intricate henna designs applied to their hands, blurring gender lines in a delightful twist. A vibrant Sangeet party followed, filled with lively performances celebrating the upcoming union. Finally, the couple tied the knot in a Christian ceremony on December 1st, 2018. The following day, they honoured Priyanka's heritage with a traditional Hindu ceremony.
Priyanka and Nick welcomed their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas via surrogacy in 2022.
The couple had recently visited India to attend the grand wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai.
