Television star Nakuul Mehta has shared joyous news with his fans – he and his wife Jankee have welcomed their second child, a baby girl.
The announcement came on Sunday morning, as Nakuul took to Instagram with a heartfelt post that beautifully captured the family’s happiness at this new chapter in their lives.
Fans' hearts were immediately warmed by the heartwarming image of their son Sufi holding his newborn sister in his arms in the first carousel photo.
The quiet intimacy of early fatherhood was captured in another picture, which showed a thoughtful Nakuul staring at his daughter while she slept soundly in her cradle. A third image provided insight into the couple's journey, showing Jankee and Nakuul grinning for a selfie shortly before she gave birth.
Announcing their daughter’s arrival, Nakuul captioned the post: “She’s here. Sufi finally has his Rumi. Our hearts are complete. 15th August 2025. Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
This announcement comes after the couple previously revealed their second pregnancy in their trademarkly imaginative manner. They shared a collection of cosy, family-friendly photos on social media, expressing how excited they were to expand their family. A charming drawing by young Sufi, who drew a family of four with obvious pride, was the highlight in addition to candid photos of the couple.
The post had been captioned: “The boy is ready for additional responsibility. So are we. We are accepting blessings, again.”
