The buzz around Nagabandham continues to intensify as the makers inch closer to wrapping up the ambitious mythological drama. Directed by Abhishek Nama, the film stars Virat Karrna in the lead, with Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon playing pivotal female roles. Mounted on a grand scale, Nagabandham is clearly designed as a pan-India spectacle with myth, mystery, and visual grandeur at its core.
After unveiling Virat Karrna’s striking first look earlier, the makers have now revealed Nabha Natesh’s first poster as Parvathi, and it has quickly become a talking point across social media.
Released on Makar Sankranthi, the poster offers a glimpse into the spiritual tone and visual language the film aims to explore.
In her first appearance as Parvathi, Nabha Natesh is seen in a divine, deeply traditional avatar. Draped in an elegant saree and adorned with intricate jewellery, she looks poised and graceful, instantly conveying the spiritual weight of the character. Her calm yet emotionally charged expression adds depth, suggesting inner strength and devotion rather than overt grandeur. It is a restrained look, but one that draws attention through its serenity.
The symbolism in the poster plays a crucial role in shaping the character’s identity. A blue bird perched near her hand subtly represents purity and hope, while the presence of a peacock adds a mythological richness associated with Indian folklore. The temple backdrop, combined with flowers and lush greenery, grounds Parvathi in nature, reinforcing her connection to faith, balance, and inner calm. Together, these elements present her as a figure of belief and quiet power, aligning seamlessly with the film’s mythological narrative.

Sharing the poster online, the makers wrote, “In a world bound by secrets, her belief becomes destiny. Introducing the graceful Nabha Natesh as Parvathi from Nagabandham.” The line hints at the emotional and narrative significance her character will hold in the story.
Written and directed by Abhishek Nama, Nagabandham is produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy under Abhishek Pictures and NIK Studios. The film explores India’s ancient Vishnu temples and revolves around the mysterious ritual of Nagabandham, a legendary snake-binding mantra believed to protect hidden treasures sealed behind sacred temple doors.
Promoted as a high-budget visual spectacle, reports suggest that the film’s climax alone was shot at a cost of nearly Rs 20 crore. Nagabandham is slated for release in Telugu, along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, and English, positioning it firmly as a mythological drama with nationwide appeal.
