BTS’ RM teases title track 'LOST' from upcoming solo album 'Right Place, Wrong Person'

BTS's RM gave fans an exclusive first look at his next title track, "LOST." His second solo album, "Right Place, Wrong Person," which is scheduled for release on May 24.

'LOST' is directed by Aube Perrie, a Parisian filmmaker renowned for his collaborations with well-known musicians.

BTS' RM has given fans an exclusive sneak peek of his forthcoming title track 'LOST' through a behind-the-scenes video posted on BTS' and his social media accounts on May 21 KST. The teaser has heightened anticipation for his second solo album, 'Right Place, Wrong Person', set to release on May 24 at 1 PM KST, 9:30 AM IST.

In the newly released preview video, RM is seen in the recording studio, collaborating closely with his team as they fine-tune the track 'LOST'. The footage captures RM delivering his performance with his distinctive, raspy voice, giving the song a poignant and relatable vibe. The lyrics reflect deep emotions, with lines such as "every morning and every night, I'm always feeling sadness." RM and his team meticulously review the song’s creative and musical elements, ensuring it resonates perfectly with fans.

The director behind 'LOST' is Aube Perrie, a filmmaker from Paris known for his work with prominent artists. Perrie has previously directed Megan Thee Stallion's 'Thot Sh*t' and crafted music videos for Harry Styles, including 'Music for a Sushi Restaurant'. His video concepts are often driven by the music itself, a method that shines through in the visual elements of 'LOST'’s promotional materials. Notably, his direction of Harry Styles' 'Satellite' earned a nomination for Best Music Video at the 2024 British Arrows Awards. Fans eagerly await the unique creative touch Perrie will bring to 'LOST.'

As the release date of RM's solo album 'Right Place, Wrong Person' approaches, excitement among fans is palpable. The pre-release track, 'Come Back to Me', which debuted on May 10, has already gained significant traction across various music platforms and charts. The music video for 'Come Back to Me' stars Kim Min Ha from 'Pachinko' and American series actor Joseph Lee, along with RM himself.

On May 20, RM shared a heartfelt message on Weverse, expressing his deep longing for ARMYs while he serves in the military. He wrote, "I miss you a lot, everyone. Let's be healthy," conveying his emotions just before the release of his highly anticipated second solo album, 'Indigo'.
