Ramayana: The Introduction is going to be unveiled in 9 cities in India on July 3.
An unprecedented worldwide launch is about to take place to kick off the cinematic voyage of Ramayana, the biggest film ever created.
Initiating a worldwide and historic cinematic rollout, the magnum opus, spearheaded by creative producer Namit Malhotra, will reveal its first official look on July 3 in 9 important locations in India.
Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Kochi are the nine cities that will be revealed in order to show the country's viewers and media how big and ambitious the project is.
This is more than simply a launch; it's the start of a movement, a tribute to an age-old epic brought to life via innovative storytelling and the combined efforts of artists from across the world.
Incorporating world-class cinematography with India's most renowned mythology, Ramayana has always attracted a great deal of attention. Unveiling the first unit is a major step in creating the Ramayana universe, which crosses generations, cultures, and countries, thanks to the East-meets-West collaboration of some of the world's best creative minds and technicians.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and 8 times Oscar Winning VFX Studio, DNEG, in association with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana is being crafted on an unprecedented scale.
The film will release in two parts: Part 1 on Diwali 2026 and Part 2 on Diwali 2027.
If the launch of just the first unit is being celebrated across nine cities, one can only imagine the global footprint the film will leave behind upon release. The journey of Ramayana has officially begun — and the world is watching.
