Ram Charan Teja and Kiaran Advani's Game Changer to release on this date in North India

The highly anticipated film, 'Game Changer' starring Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, S.J. Suryah, Jayaram, Dil Raju, Nassar and others is all set to release in the theatres.

Earlier the film was supposed to release on Christmas 2024, but the makers confirmed that the film will hit theatres on January 10, 2025, with the Sankranti festival.

The announcement was made by filmmaker Dil Raju through a video shared on social media during the Dussehra celebrations.

Raju said, "Initially, we planned to release the film for the Christmas season, but all our distributors, including North India, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Overseas, wanted the movie to be released during the Sankranti season. They felt Sankranthi would be the best period."

After this announcement makers have decided to release the film in North India as well on the same day, i.e. 10th January, 2025.

'Game Changer' will showcase an IAS officer who strives to combat corrupt politicians by advocating for fair elections to transform the workings ways of the government. Ram Charan will reportedly play a dual role as a father and son.

The film was formally launched with a muhurat shot on 8 September 2021 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad with a traditional pooja ceremony attended by Ranveer Singh, Chiranjeevi, and S. S. Rajamouli.

To keep fans engaged during the wait, the makers plan to release several songs and a teaser before the end of 2024. So far, they have released two songs from the film, "Jaragandri" and "Ram Macha Macha," both of which have been well-received by the audience.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi's upcoming film "Vishwambhara" has been delayed and is now expected to release in May 2025.
