Jatt and Juliet 3 box office collection: Diljit Dosanjh starrer breaks box office collections nearing Rs 100 crore

Directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, "Jatt and Juliet 3" features Diljit Dosanjh as a police officer who falls in love with his superior, played by Neeru Bajwa.

Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa's latest romantic-comedy, "Jatt and Juliet 3", has made significant strides at the box office, grossing over 100 crores worldwide during its third weekend. Directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, this third installment in the beloved franchise has entered the Rs 100 crore club to become only the second Indian Punjabi movie to top the gross mark.

In its third weekend alone, "Jatt and Juliet 3" raked in an estimated 3.10 crores at the domestic box office. This brings its total India gross to approximately 40.65 crores (34.40 crores net) over 18 days. This impressive performance makes it the second biggest Punjabi grosser at the domestic box office, trailing behind "Carry on Jatta 3", which grossed approximately 56 crores. While "Jatt and Juliet 3" is unlikely to surpass "Carry on Jatta 3" in India due to slowing momentum, its overseas performance is noteworthy.

Internationally, "Jatt and Juliet 3" has grossed over 53 crores, pushing its worldwide cumulative earnings to an impressive 93.50 crores. Despite the film's pace slowing, it is expected to reach the 100 crores milestone soon, especially in the absence of significant new Punjabi releases.

The film, which premiered in theaters on June 27, faced stiff competition from Nag Ashwin's highly anticipated "Kalki 2898 AD". However, "Jatt and Juliet 3" has held its own, earning an impressive Rs 16.75 crore within its first four days.
