L2: Empuraan advance bookings: Know when and where to book tickets

Mohanlal stars in the upcoming film L2: Empuraan

Mohanlal starrer L2: Empuraan is going to hit the theatres soon and it has already created a lot of buzz among the audience. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the highly anticipated film's release, and the makers have just doubled the excitement by announcing advance ticket bookings.

Mohanlal took to his Instagram and revealed the commence date of the advance bookings. He wrote, “#L2E #EMPURAAN All India bookings open now!!!” The actor added, “Grab your tickets to watch the spectacle unfold in theatres across the world from 27/03/25!” Mohanlal further noted that fans can book tickets online from Book My Show, Paytm, District and Ticketnew.

The actor unveiled a new black and white poster with the announcement. The poster captures Mohanlal’s back shot, with the actor seen holding a weapon in his hand.

The trailer's huge success and the popularity of Lucifer suggest that ticket sales will be record-breaking. With the film releasing in many formats, including IMAX, demand is expected to be extremely high. However, industry analysts have predicted that Empuraan could break box-office records, setting new milestones in the history of the Malayalam film industry.

Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and written by Murali Gopy, L2: Empuraan is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Lucifer. The film features an ensemble cast including Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Nyla Usha, Giju John, Nandhu, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Manikuttan and Sshivada among others.

The film also features international stars like Jerome Flynn, Andrea Tivadar, and Eriq Ebouaney.
