A day after nine bullets were fired at comedian Kapil Sharma and wife Ginni Chathrath's Kap's Cafe in Surrey, Canada, the team issued a statement, expressing shock.

Now the cafe, which is run by his wife Ginni Charthrath, issued a statement o their official Kap's Cafe's Instagram page.

This cafe exists because of your belief in what we’re building together. Let’s stand firm against violence and ensure Kap’s Cafe remains a place of warmth and community."
