Bollywood's Queen Kangana Ranaut has been in the headlines for the past few days because of her latest film, Emergency.
But today, the actress took to her Instagram account and posted some cute pictures with her nephew, Ashwatthama and wished him on his 1st birthday.
The Emergency actress celebrated this occasion with cakes, cupcakes, a photo board and songs. Ashwatthama is the son of Kangana's brother, Aksht Ranaut, and sister-in-law, Ritu Ranaut.
In her post, Kangana mostly smiled and kissed Ashwatthama as she held him in her arms while celebrating his birthday. In another photo, she was also seen attacking on a cupcake. In a clip, Kangana danced with Ashwatthama as he laughed. For the special occasion, Kangana wore a colourful shirt and matching skirt. Ashwatthama opted for a white outfit and their traditional cap from Himachal Pradesh.
Her post read, "Aaj mere chote se Ashwatthama ka pehla janmadin hai, aap sab ise bahut aashirwad dein" with loved, joining hands (namaste) and flower emoji.
She paired the post with Lata Mangeshkar's song Chocolate, Lime Juice from the 1994 film Hum Aapke Hain Koun at the background.
The location of Ashwatthama's birthday celebration was decked out with balloons. Desserts other than cakes and cupcakes were also seen on the table. At the birthday site, there was also a large picture board featuring various photos of the Ranaut family. At the celebration their were parents and Kangana's sister, Rangoli Chandel. In a picture, Kangana's mother was holding Ashwatthama as Ritu, his mother fed him a piece of cake.
On the work front, Ranaut is currently working on her next film named, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, which will showcase the stories of ordinary people and their extraordinary achievements. This film is directed by Manoj Tapadia.
