This impressive pre-release earning underscores the immense anticipation surrounding the film, particularly in the Telugu-speaking regions.

According to a report by 123Telugu, the hefty price tag for the Telugu distribution rights is primarily attributed to the formidable presence of Jr NTR in the movie.

The actor, a massive draw in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, commands a huge fan following and boasts a proven track record of delivering blockbuster hits. His inclusion in "War 2" has undoubtedly piqued the interest of Telugu-speaking audiences and distributors alike, driving up the demand and consequently, the price for the rights.

The report further indicates that prominent Tollywood producers Naga Vamsi and Suniel Narang were actively vying for the Telugu rights, eventually securing the lucrative deal.
