The Sabarmati Report is making waves across the nation, bringing attention to one of the most significant events in India's history that left a profound impact. Since its release, the film has received widespread praise from both audiences and critics. Following the recognition and support from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who lauded the film's powerful narrative, several prominent political leaders have also praised it for its unflinching storytelling.

Recently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah shared his thoughts on the film, emphasizing how it uncovers crucial truths. On social media, Amit Shah expressed, "No matter how hard a powerful ecosystem tries, it cannot keep the truth hidden in darkness forever. The film #SabarmatiReport defies the ecosystem with unparalleled courage and exposes the truth behind the fateful episode to broad daylight."

On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his appreciation for The Sabarmati Report, commending the film for shedding light on the truth. In response to an X user who tagged him with a video of the film's trailer, PM Modi praised the movie, which focuses on the events surrounding the 2002 Godhra train tragedy, and emphasized the importance of unveiling the facts. His post read, “Well said. It is good that this truth is coming out, and that too in a way common people can see it. A fake narrative can persist only for a limited period of time Eventually, the facts will always come out!”

The Sabarmati Report delves into the events leading up to the 2002 Godhra train burning incident. Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, and produced by Vikir Films, the film stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra.

The Sabarmati Report has made a strong start at the box office, grossing an estimated Rs 6.35 crore in its first three days of release in India.

Directed by Dheeraj Sarna, the film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan, and Anshul Mohan, with Zee Studios handling its worldwide distribution. The film is now playing in theatres.
