Justin Baldoni is currently entangled with legal battle with Blake Lively and is now prepared to bid farewell to his massive home in California. Justin, along with his spouse Emily Baldoni, has advertised their Ventura County house in Ojai, California, northwest of Los Angeles.
According to Realtor, Justin and his spouse have listed the estate for an astounding $8.88 million.
Justin apparently paid only $2.2 million for the property in 2020, so if they can find a buyer at that price, it would be a profit of over $6 million. However, after making significant repairs to the modern Spanish-style estate, the couple has invested a significant amount of money in their compound.
Shortly after a rental advertisement for the house was taken down, the actor reportedly listed his complex, which is situated in the Santa Paula neighbourhood of Ojai, on February 5. The property was listed for rent for an outrageous $40,000 a month.
Situated on 10 acres of land in the foothills of the Topa Topa Mountains, Baldoni's primary villa on the site boasts five bedrooms and an astonishing 5,200 square feet. Along with the main dwelling, there is a tiny cottage on the site for visitors or employees, as well as what the listing notes refer to as a "yoga dome" and a "guest dome," which were "imported from Poland."
The main home had a two-year makeover, during which time the smaller structures on the grounds were added.
According to a listing, the actor's estate is "more than a home" and is a "rare retreat-style compound offering privacy, scale, and versatility."
The description also claims that the estate 'delivers a lifestyle unlike anything else in the region,' and that Baldoni's home was 'built as both a luxury dwelling, and a retreat and event facility.'
According to the listing, it was "thoughtfully orientated and designed to support balance, flow, and harmony throughout the property," with "health and wellness [being] central to the design."According to the listing, "this is a truly unique opportunity suitable as a primary residence, second home, or retreat investment."
This property has an elevated hot tub, a saltwater pool, and what is called a'regenerative orchard.' Basketball and pickleball courts, a personalised gym, and an intriguing lit in-ground trampoline are just a few of the recreational options available.

The decision to list the estate came amid Blake Lively's continuing sexual harassment complaint against Justin, which concerns her time spent working with him on their romance movie, It Ends With Us. All of Lively's accusations have been categorically refuted by Justin, who also filed a defamation lawsuit against her that was later dropped.
Originally scheduled to begin on March 9, Blake Lively's sexual harassment case against Justin Baldoni was postponed until May 18 of this year in December.
