    Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna tied the knot in a traditional ceremony on Thursday in front of their close ones in Udaipur. Soon after the wedding, the couple shared multiple pictures, sending fans into a frenzy.

    The couple opted for a stunning traditional look for their wedding. Vijay wore an off-white dhoti and a red shawl. He accessorised his look with gold jewellery. Meanwhile, Rashmika dazzled in a traditional red sari and classic temple gold jewellery.

    Vijay and Rashmika’s wedding pictures instantly went viral on social media, with fans showering love on the newlyweds. However, several fans also compared the couple’s pictures with the Hindu gods, Shiva and Parvati. Additionally, several fan edits comparing the couple with the gods also went viral on X (formerly Twitter).

    Vijay is seen walking with his new bride, Rashmika, out of the ceremony in the now-viral photo. His drape is still fastened to her sari in the picture, and the couple is seen holding each other's tiny fingers while their guests support them in the background.

    One person tweeted, “Rashmika and vijay got married! idk they look like some what Shiv and Parvati”

    Another added, “Temple jewellery, taali (mangalsutra), Rashmika looks so heavenly. Their wedding literally reminds you of Shiv parvati Shubh Vivaah.”

    One wrote, “Shiv Parvati?!! ohh yesss..... How beautiful, this this something unreal.”

    Sharing the collage, another fan penned, “It felt the same.”

    Another tweet reads, "My god what a shot. Never obsessed with celebrity weddings but this particular shot looks like shiv parvati vivah or some holy knot. So pretty and as bhartiya as it could get.."

    Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got married on February 26, 2026, at ITC Mementos, Udaipur, in the morning, according to traditional Telugu rituals.
