Tesla CEO Elon Musk is very upset about Apple’s announcements of its partnership with OpenAI. The business tycoon openly condemned the new venture in a series of tweets. He called the deal "unacceptable security violation.” In one of the tweets, Musk shared a meme from a Tamil movie.
The meme that Musk shared is from the 2017 Tamil film ‘Thappattam.’ The picture shows a man and woman sharing coconut water. The meme is aimed at depicting how Apple and OpenAI can invade an individual’s private data leading to privacy issues.

Entrepreneur Elon Musk also noted the peculiarity of Apple not making its own AI software and choosing to depend on OpenAI.
He tweeted, “It’s patently absurd that Apple isn’t smart enough to make their own AI, yet is somehow capable of ensuring that OpenAI will protect your security & privacy! Apple has no clue what’s actually going on once they hand your data over to OpenAI. They’re selling you down the river.”
Elon Musk threatened to ban Apple products from his company if the company decides to integrate OpenAI at the OS level.
“If Apple integrates OpenAI at the OS level, then Apple devices will be banned at my companies. That is an unacceptable security violation,” he wrote, “And visitors will have to check their Apple devices at the door, where they will be stored in a Faraday cage.”
Apple announced ‘Apple Intelligence’ at the World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) with numerous on-device AI capabilities. The tech company also announced that they will be integrating GPT4o within Siri so that users can experience a much more enhanced chatbot.
