Annu Kapoor continued by making further remarks that added fuel to the outrage. He joked about age and attraction, saying, “70 saal ke umar ka bhi baccha ho sakta hai… woh 70 saal purana baccha hai,” implying that even at seventy, one could still have childlike admiration. He went on to add, “Behen, apne gaane se, apne shareer se, apne dudhiya chehre se humare bachon ko sula rahi hain… Desh ke upar kripa hogi agar humare desh ke bachche achhi aur swasth neend soyein.”

While Annu Kapoor seemed to frame his words as humorous or complimentary, audiences found them offensive. Clips from the interview quickly went viral on social media, drawing harsh criticism from viewers who felt his comments crossed the line.
