    Darshan Thoogudeepa’s upcoming Kannada film The Devil has hit theatres today,  December 11 and is already making headlines, with reports confirming that the actor is currently lodged in Ballari Central Prison in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case.

    This marks a pivotal moment both for Darshan and the film. As anticipated, fans turned out in large numbers for the first-day, first-show screenings. Early reviews from Thursday morning’s previews were mixed—while many praised Darshan’s performance, others expressed disappointment with the film’s length and overall execution.
