"Aditya Dhar didn’t give a single second for the audience to feel bored. He made sure every moment of the storytelling and dialogues keeps you engaged and delivers an unreal experience of this masterpiece. The only thing I found better in Part 1 compared to Part 2 is the songs, but the “Aari Aari” song perfectly balances it for the second part."

Soon after Allu Arjun shared his review of Dhurandhar 2, praising R. Madhavan’s performance, the latter responded with a heartfelt message expressing his gratitude.

According to live data reported by Sacnilk, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is witnessing modest traction in the regional language markets. The Kannada and Malayalam versions have each contributed Rs 0.01 crore so far, running across 40 and 43 shows respectively.

Meanwhile, the Tamil version has performed relatively better with Rs 0.33 crore from 435 shows, while the Telugu version has added Rs 0.60 crore to the film’s overall live collections.

Amid ongoing screening disruptions, Allu Arjun’s Allu Cinemas has issued a fresh update regarding Dhurandhar 2, informing audiences about a change in its exhibition format.

During the paid preview shows, a message was displayed to viewers stating: "Due to a delay in receiving the Dolby Vision files, we are unable to screen the film in Dolby Vision format. The current screening will be in 4K projection with Dolby Atmos sound." The update clarifies that while the film continues to be screened, audiences at the venue will experience it in standard 4K projection instead of Dolby Vision for the time being.

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge is making its presence felt not just in India but overseas as well. The film has kicked off strongly in North America, where its premiere collections have crossed the $1 million mark. Surpassing Pawan Kalyan’s OG, which had collected around Rs 25 crore in premieres, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has posted a massive Rs 44 crore net and Rs 52.71 crore gross in India, setting a new benchmark for preview collections.

Director Aditya Dhar issued an official statement of apology after the paid preview shows in several parts of the country faced long hours of delay and even shows getting completely cancelled in states including Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

He wrote, “Most of our Hindi shows across India are running as scheduled from 5 pm onwards. All of our Tamil and Telugu shows will commence from 9 pm onwards. However, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, our Malayalam and Kannada shows will begin from tomorrow morning. If the dubbed version you have tickets for is not currently playing at your cinema, you will have an option for a refund or to watch the Hindi version with subtitles instead."

The Madras High Court has taken a crucial step amid the release of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, to restrict piracy and illegeal streaming.

The court passed the order on Wednesday, a day ahead of its theatrical release on March 19. As reported by Bar and Bench, the order states that the court passed an ad interim injunction stopping internet service providers and cable TV operators from illegally broadcasting or telecasting the film.

Soon after its Dhurandhar 2's paid previews shows hit the theatres on March 18, several celebrities took to social media and showered the film with all the love and praises, including stars like Allu Arjun, Preity Zinta, Kartik Aaryan among others.

Calling the film an 'international swag', Allu Arjun gave a shout-out to director Aditya Dhar and actor Ranveer Singh as he shared his review of Dhurandhar 2. He wrote on his Instagram Story, “So proud to have a brilliant and a versatile actor like my brother @RanveerOfficial in our country. RVS on fire… @AdityaDharFilms garu hit the ball out of the park. So happy to have brilliant filmmakers like him in our country. Show Rocker. An Indian story… International swag.”

Actress Preity Zinta also spoke highly of the film and shared her thoughts on X, along with pictures with actor Arjun Rampal who also stars in the film.
