
Kriti Sanon was seen at the wedding reception of her upcoming film Cocktail 2 co-star Rashmika Mandanna. She posed with the newlyweds, Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda. Following the function, Kriti shared a series of pictures from the night, hinting at the potential storyline of their upcoming film.
It was previously speculated that the upcoming sequel to the Cocktail film will feature a lesbian storyline with Kriti and Rashmika playing a couple.
Although the makers are yet to confirm the speculations, Kriti’s latest social media posts have just escalated the rumours.
Kriti took to her Instagram Story and shared a series of pictures with Rashmika. In one post, originally shared by Cocktail 2 director Homi Adajania, Kriti posed with Rashmika, with Vijay posing between them.
The caption of the post reads, "Congrats, guys. Kriti Sanon, can you stay out of this?" To this, Kriti replied, “Hahahahaha… Never… Love them!"
The actress shared another picture with Rashmika, featuring them side-hugging. Sharing the pictures, the caption reads, “Shiny happy people.”
Kriti Sanon also re-shared a picture with Rashmika and Homi. He wrote in the caption, “Only love and happiness for you loons.”
Shahid Kapoor also stars in the upcoming film. He is expected to third wheel between Rashmika and Kriti.

Directed by Homi, Cocktail 2 is the spiritual follow-up to the 2012 movie Cocktail. In the original film, Diana Penty, Deepika Padukone, and Saif Ali Khan played the main parts in the film.
The protagonists of the tale are Gautam, Veronica, and Meera, who share a flat in London. The three of them have a close relationship, but things get complicated when Gautam develops feelings for Meera while having a casual relationship with Veronica.
