Kangana had announced the film in 2024 along with a post that read, “Experience the magic of real-life heroism on the big screen! Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana was last seen in the film Emergency that released last year. It was based on the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and although the film did not perform very well at the box office, Kanaga received widespread acclaim for her performance in the movie.
