Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut continues to make a style statement in the Parliament's Winter Session. The actress skilfully blended traditional Indian fabrics with modern layers.
The actor-turned-MP has continuously emphasised local workmanship through her wardrobe, reaffirming her support for local handlooms.
Kangana recently sported an ivory chiffon saree and a bright multicoloured jacket on Tuesday. She subsequently revealed that, with Kullvi Whims' help, women from her Mandi seat in Himachal Pradesh woven the coat.

Kangana, who represents the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Mandi, has regularly used her public appearances to showcase the local craftsmen's creations. Her sophisticated look was finished with a delicate bindi and diamond drop earrings.
A women-led organisation called Kullvi Whims is committed to maintaining the Kullu Valley's traditional methods of spinning and weaving wool. Native wool from the Gaddis, a pastoral group in the Himalayas, is used to create the jackets, which are then organically dyed using native plants. The experiences and traditions of the women who weave them are reflected in each design.
Kangana has already shown Himachali labels in Parliament. Her support for local textiles was further demonstrated during the Budget Session 2026, when she was spotted sporting a traditional Himachali topi and the Shepherd Nuala Unisex Jacket.
On the work front, Kangana was last seen in Emergency, which flopped at the box office. She will be next seen in Circle alongside R Madhavan. The upcoming film will be directed by Vijay, with R Ravindran of Trident Arts producing it. The film is shot in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, and we will also be dubbing it into Malayalam.
