Bollywood star Alia Bhatt recently shared a heartfelt gesture for actress Yami Gautam Dhar and her husband, filmmaker Aditya Dhar, by sending a thoughtful gift to their young son. Taking to social media on February 23, 2026, Alia posted a warm note saying, “All my love to you both dearest Yami,” alongside a snapshot of the charming goodies she sent for the newborn.

The gift bundle included an adorable soft toy along with a curated selection of gentle baby care essentials such as baby-safe soaps, lotion, powder and other skincare items — perfect for a little one’s everyday needs. The cute keepsake reflects both a personal and considerate choice, signalling Alia’s affection for Yami and her growing family.

Yami replied appreciatively, acknowledging the gesture and thanking Alia on social media. Her post conveyed gratitude. Yami shared, “Thank you for these amazing @edamamma goodies for my little one, Alia."

The couple, who married in June 2021 in an intimate ceremony away from the public eye, welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Vedavid, on May 10, 2024 — an event they announced joyfully at the time.

Alia’s thoughtful gift adds to a series of sweet gestures she’s been known to share with industry friends celebrating parenthood. Previously, she sent a cutesy hamper from her kids’ brand to actor Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif for their son Vihaan, a gesture Katrina shared with followers that charmed fans across social media.

Alia Bhatt’s connection with Yami Gautam extends beyond this present moment — she has also publicly praised Yami’s performance in the courtroom drama Haq, describing her work as powerful and heartfelt.

Alia wrote, “Queen Yami, you are pure craft, heart and all things gold in Haq. One of my top female performances of all time… As I mentioned over the phone too… am a Yami fan waiting eagerly for all your work to once again charm and entertain us all."

To many more of such moments & always rooting for each other… celebrating this empowerment today & every day," Yami wrote while reacting to Alia’s praise for her performance.
