Akshay Kumar, who is playing a negative role for the first time in upcoming film Haiwaan, recently shared a video on social media announcing that he has started shooting for the last schedule of the film.
Sharing a teaser clip of his character from the film, Akshay wrote in the caption, "Last schedule of #Haiwaan…what a journey it’s been. This character has pushed, shaped, and surprised me in so many ways. Forever grateful to Priyan Sir, your sets feel like home. And Saif, thank you for the laughter, ease, and all those effortless moments on screen."
Recently, Akshay Kumar attended the FICCI FRAMES 2025 event in Mumbai alongside Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, where they spoke about the importance of versatility in cinema and taking on new challenges.
Akshay asks Fadnavis, “I am doing a film where I play a negative character. I was wondering whether I should do it or not. The film is called Haiwaan, but in the end, I lose. The Haiwaan loses.”
To this, the Maharashtra CM smiles and replies saying, “Yes, you should definitely do it. A versatile actor like you should explore all kinds of roles."
